About Siborg Systems Inc

Siborg was established in February 1994. The main objective of the company is the development and production of different kinds of engineering and scientific hardware and software.

We have more than 50 years experience in computational physics and more than 40 years in semiconductor device modeling.

We started development of electronic test tools in early 2000 when we initiated a collaboration on Smart Tweezers LCR-meter, a revolutionary digital multimeter designed specifically for Surface Mount Technology. Since 2013 Siborg started it’s own line of digital multimeters: LCR-Reader. In 2021 we had received the Product of the Year 2020 Award according to the Plant Engineering Magazine.

In the past, we have sold copies of the software package MicroTec to more than 27 companies and 125 universities in 25 countries, including: Hitachi, General Electric, NTT, University of California at Berkeley and Waseda University in Tokyo.

We have also developed SibLin: a 3D solver for Poisson/Diffusion/Heat Transfer Equation. SibLin has been licensed to Spectrian (Santa Clara, California) , Northern Telecom (Ottawa, Ontario), and Waterloo Hydrogeologic Inc.

We also develop custom designed software tools.
